Your RGB will provide you with the official invitation. We will be sending these out in mid-July 2024. RGBs, look for an email from Greg, the USA RGB, around this time. Each invitation will have online verification capabilities. You are recommended to possess this invitation when traveling from your home country of departure and when entering the USA with your competition pellet airgun. The competition will only use rifles with a maximum of 12 Foot pounds of energy. No additional paperwork or permits are necessary to enter the USA and Arizona with your airgun. Please remember that other states in the USA may have restrictions on airguns. However, with direct air travel (this includes air travel stopovers on your way to Arizona), you shouldn't have any problems. Please ensure that your equipment is correctly listed here to ensure the validation process is effective for your travel. Changes can be made through your RGB, or by emailing wftc2024@gmail.com.

Arizona does not have any restrictions on traveling into the state with an airgun. However, you are advised to follow the airline's rules, the departing country's laws, Customs and Border Protection's, and TSA rules and laws regarding travel with an airgun.

We want to let you know that this is an incredibly popular time to visit Arizona, so hotel rates are at a premium this time of year. However, we've got quite a number of rooms being held for this event. In the unlikely event that the reservations don't meet our expectations, the hotel may release some of those rooms, and they may not become available again. So we are encouring all the competitors to make their reservations by the release date above.
